Write to hello@eveningpages.app and a real person will reply, usually within two days. Tell us your username and what happened. Never send us your sign-in code.
Your account
- Signing in. Enter your email and we send a 6-digit code. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder and ask for a new one after a minute.
- Change your username. Me → Settings → Change username. You can change it once every 30 days.
- Export your pages. Me → Settings → Export all my pages.
- Delete your account. Me → Settings → Delete account. This removes your pages, comments and profile. It cannot be undone.
Evening Plus and purchases
- Restore a purchase. Me → Settings → Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID you bought with.
- Cancel or change a subscription. Me → Settings → Manage subscription, or on your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- Refunds. Purchases go through Apple, so refunds do too: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Safety
- Report a page, comment or person. Open the menu (the three dots) and choose Report. We review every report.
- Block someone. Open the menu on their page or profile and choose Block. You can undo it in Me → Settings → Blocked users.
